Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
Rage Room and Splatter Room sessions involve physical activity and inherent risk. Every guest (or a parent/guardian for minors) must review and sign our waiver before participating.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session, visiting our facility, or using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not book a session or use our services.
Bookings & Confirmations
Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation from our team. Please arrive on time for your scheduled session; late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid delaying guests booked after you.
Payments & Deposits
Some packages and private events require a deposit to reserve your date and time. Deposit amounts and remaining balances will be communicated at the time of booking. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. Deposits for private events and building buyouts may be non-refundable closer to the event date.
Assumption of Risk & Waiver
Rage Room and Splatter Room activities carry inherent risks including but not limited to cuts, bruises, and paint exposure. All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to participation. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
Age Requirements
Guests must be at least 8 years old to participate in Rage Room sessions. Splatter Room sessions welcome guests 3 years and older. Guests under 18 require a parent or legal guardian to sign the waiver on their behalf.
Facility Rules & Conduct
All guests must follow staff instructions and use provided safety gear at all times. We reserve the right to end a session without refund for any guest who behaves unsafely, disregards instructions, or endangers other guests or staff.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastal Chaos Rage Room & Splatter Studio Inc is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our activities, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Brevard County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
